MR2 collected
I was somewhat dubious about buying from fleabay but spoke tot he seller and he seemed spot on. Collected the car and it was as described - excellent condition with FSH and bills, two keys and a quarter of a tank of fuel.
It drives beautifully and really pulls in all gears, handling is really good

Five star Evo car that would give any Scooby a lesson in handling. Calling a car gay is gay.

And for the rest of you who would like to think i am gay, you'll have to dream on I'm just not made that way, I've never, ever bitten the pillow!

We knew we wanted an MR2 long-termer almost a year before we actually got our hands on one. Thanks to car import specialists Intercar and Warrender, we were the first UK magazine to drive the new Midship Runabout, way back in January 2000. The weather, I seem to remember, was utterly atrocious even for Wales, but the little Toyota shone like a beacon, eclipsing the MX-5, MGF and Fiat Barchetta, and was far from disgraced by a 2.7 Boxster and Elise 111S. In hindsight we should have put it on the cover, such was our advantage over rival magazines and the MR2's class-redefining ability. In the end we stuck a bright red 911 Turbo on the front instead, but the Toyota was the real star of the issue.
It was also a bit of a star on the evo fast fleet. As you can imagine, with such an enviable stream of powerful machinery passing through our hands, the MR2 often found itself outgunned by the contents of our car park. But inevitably when you took the Toyota's keys and headed home you felt ashamed for having doubted its vibrant character and infectious enthusiasm for corners.
'nuff said

I am surprised you have found the time to type in between knocking one out over past editions of Lax Power magazine and picking up 13 y/o's down at Maccy-D's in your chaved-up rice racket
