First pictures of 205mph F60
Here it is, the Ferrari FX. It's Ferrari's fastest ever road car capable of 205mph and screeching to 60 in 3.2 seconds. Developing 650bhp from its mid mounted V12, power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a seven speed gearbox with steering wheel mounted shift paddles. Despite its larger capacity (6 litres), the V12 actually weighs 30% less than the F50's engine. Large Brembo brakes scrub off the speed and the suspension is electronically controlled to keep the car stuck to the road.
Only a couple of hundred cars are expected to be produced and there will be no open top version. Weighing in at around 1200kg, the FX is constructed using carbon fibre and features scissor style doors hinged at the front.
The car is known as project FX but it's very likely that it will end up with an F60 badge adorning it.

It does indeed look like a less than well thought out kit-car.
Very reminiscent of the "Pelland"(?). Which was Alfa based, complete with flat-4 engine

Cant really see how that will ever look good....
The F40 is the business though and having driven one in anger can say it is the most impressive car ever! Steering, brakes, balance and of course the raw power....... Oh yeah and the 355 is sublime as well....
