stage 1 zaf gsi
Took my zafira gsi for a stage 1 remap on friday and come home with some good figgers i think (for a people carrier). First run got ot just over 212bhp with the mods ive done to date then after a couple of hours and 2 maps latter i managed to get a good 247.4bhp with 307.1 ft-lb of torque . Going to get a bigger front mount to get some more boost and a few more horses .

Got one of these myself as the main family motor, and have had it for years. Great cars.. I put a out the box stage 1 map on it myself recently and pulls really well now, but boost comes in so quickly its difficult to drive these things slowly. It was similar when it was stock but the extra boost just makes it worse/better. My only critism is the boost control on these could be a little better.
I can't see us parting with ours for a long time yet. Very practical, yet small, goes really well, built well and cheap to run (Comparatively). We still return 27mpg which is all short school trips and local runs which isn't bad all things considered.

It looks really quite cool! i do like these!
Back in 1993 a mate who worked for a Vauxhall dealership used to bring home the DP's Chavalier 4x4 turbo, it was debadged and to all intents and purposes looked like a Chavalier CD.
in 1993 210bhp in a 4 door was quite a decent amount compared to a lot of the other cars about at the time. I remember giving a nearly new M5 and good pasting off of the lights, much to the shock and annoyance of its driver - happy days!
