Given my desire for a 4x4 has wained, must be the weather or the fact we already have one in the family, I'm looking at getting one of the above.

I've ruled out the BMW 3 series as it looks too pricey on our company car lists.

Only criteria I have are that it fits my son's pram in the boot when needed (not often)

Looking at the E220 diesel or 2.0tdi A5

Well Specced as standard
Aircap thing looks good

Audi

Pro's
Looks visually good
Well specced in s line form

Con's
Don't think you can get auto with the 2.0tdi engine in cabrio form and I would prefer an auto
Not as well specced as the Merc

Anyone got any knowledge of the above?
