Pathfinder owners - SatNav discs and updates
I've only got the 2005/2006 disc for mine. Has anyone updated their discs to newer ones and if so how much did it cost you and where from?
I wouldn't mind getting the 2009/2010 version but not if it's going to cost £200 which is what i've got a feeling the stealers charge.

I'm going through the same thing with Subaru. The only difference is the choice between the Kenwood (2008) disc at £210 or the Subaru one at £400-£500!!!!
Apparently the Subaru one isn't available at the moment and I'm not sure if the Kenwood equivalent will screw up the Sat Nav in our car.
The annoying thing is that I can't find out exactly what improvements are on either of the discs.

Found you can buy them direct and sells them for £169:
NAVTEQ - Europe - Nissan Xanavi X7.0 DVD v.2010 - 2005
Also apparently some dodgey places host them to download but have to look hard to find them, doesn't seem to be torrents but usenext or what ever it is, never used it.

Don't think it's directly on there, the info I found was from some gps forum with links to where to get the stuff. Not torrents and involves using some other software to download such as cryptload. Never heard of it before.
The only way I found this stuff was googling the dvd product number on the front of the dvd and it came up with info you'd never find just by searching Nissan satnav or navteq.

I'm not convinced the files are actually out there, if they were uploaded onto Rapidshare etc then you would soon see them on the newsgroups.
Ask for a demo in an 09 car, if you know what I mean.

Don't know if this is any help, but I got a set for my Porsche from here and they seem to work very well. Cost about £30.

I figured it wasn't much to lose if they didn't work properly, seeing as Porsche wanted over £400 for OEM ones.
But they work well up to now.
