Which Tyre for mk6 Golf
I have a mk6 golf gt tdi and need to get 2 tyres replace tomorrow. I currently have dunlop tyres on there and they have been great but I have also heard a few bad reviews of these tyres.
I have good things about the bridgestone & Michelin tyres what make trye would you go for. I need it last quite a few miles i have got 23k out of the Dunlop and i want the handly to be great.
Any good tyre review sites.
Tyre size is 225/40/18
Thanks

I highly recommend Continental Sport Contact 3s -pricey but unbeatable in the wet, great in the dry and they last AGES. 23k from front tyres in a fairly pokey soot chucker is a lot though! Drive harder!
Michelins are good but pricey and not as capable in the wet.
In on a budget, Goodyear Eagle F1s are brilliant. But don't last as long.

Wife had a mkv GT Tdi for 4 years and IMO the Goodyear GSD don't suit the car's handling. Thankfully they lasted 10 mins and we went back to the stock Michelins.
Had Contis on my S3, and liked them a lot. Similar chassis so should suit.
