Don't think scooby parts would fit?
Like any tuning of any car remoiving any restriction would be the first step be it in getting air in or exhaust out. Then it is a case of ramming more air and fuel in as required and ensuring nothing goes bang.

380ish on an 8MR FQ320 with the mods I listed on a dyno I believe. 400 on a 9 with its bigger compressor cover, MIVEC and knock resistance due to cylinder head changes.
Ignore anyone claiming you'll get 400 lbft at sensible boost levels, only on magic dynos. You should aim for 380 BHP and 360 lbft with the listed mods and holding 1.5 bar past 6000 RPM, maybe a peak to 1.7 bar midrange.
Some like cams, full 3" exhausts, intercoolers and induction kits, I think they're poor VFM compared to what I listed.

A boost controller would be a added bonus to enable your car to hold boost more accuratly higher up the rev range. This along with the mods already mentioned should see you very close to 400 bhp & 400 Ib/ft @ 1.8 bar.
