So old hat. could be classed as SIAL.
If you find an owner that has got an RS that had a mountune ST then there view is much better. Yes the Mountune ST is quicker straight line but its like a modded WRX up against a standard STI. The RS is a better all round car IMHO of course.

Yeah, but from what I read in the article, they were quite suprised......
Nonetheless when they tune the RS, the obvious limitations of FWD will show quite clearly.
It also shows that the ST has a good upgrade for dirt cheap value......

No longer 'Fix Or Repair Daily', now 'Flies Off Road Daily'. Just kidding, I thought it up all on my lonesome. Having read the EVO in question, I think that the fact the amazing news didnt even make it past the back pages tells you all you need to know. The ST is all tuned out and the RS has a way to go.

When I bought my Scoob, I had the choice of a WRX with PPP or an STi.....no contest......STi please!
Exactly the same principle with the Focus, Mountune ST or an RS? .......no contest........RS please!

....and there is no radio or soundproofing and I wouldn't fancy those Toyos in the wet. It's a second car whereas the RS is an everyday chav mobile

STI - reviews lukewarm, shape has upset most die hard Scooby fans and isn't doing much good anywhere else, terrible on fuel. The Evo seems to have got better, the Impreza worse. The STI is very quick but poor steering seems to ruin it (not driven one). Evo steering is pretty good and the shape has been well received as has the RS.

Focus - rave reviews, seems well loved, been tested against hot machinery and come out very well, great heritage.
