If it handles anything like my 1018bhp Skyline in Gran Turismo 3 then it will be pants - I cant get the thing to go round bends - just understeers a lot.

Didn't the owner say that this thing probably had 700is hp rather than a 1000?
It's v quick - but not 1000hp quick.
Think the map was altered and boost reduced when it was shipped out of Japan??
He did a 10.5 or 10.8 1/4 I think.
Think it would complement the Yellow Lupo quite well

pretty damn fast considering that a mclaren f1 takes 11.1sec at best for the 1/4mile and is half its weight if not even less with 627 bhp.
So 1000bhp is probably closer to the mark than 700ish, do you have to put in a new clutch after every run with something like that?

Was rated at about 1000ps (980bhp) on Japanese fuel + Octane booster I think... Realistically I think it was tuned for about 800+Bhp on uk fuel, but not 1000bhp
Still f*cking fast

I have a VCD of an R34 race at Tescuba or one of Suzakas tracks (Spellin), between 7 tuned R34's and a std R34, unfortunatly two pulled out one of which was the Mines tuned one, both down to problems with the water over heating, a weak point in the R34.
Anyway there was an R34 tuned by Esprit which had 720BHP, it started at the back of the grid, at the end of the first lap coming on to the straight, he nailed it and it flew by two heavilly tuned R34's into first place, the difference between that and the others in a straight line was phenominal, but round corners he was battling with oversteer and struggled to get the power down, with out losing the rear.
Fantastic 15 minutes of Skyline Racing.
I got it to see the Spoon Sports Civic Type R, which is also the dogs danglies, watch this space for a 1.8 Spoon lump replacing my 1.6 with a 10000 Rev Limit .

guys.
If you want to see real big power skylines then go to this link and some great movies:
http://www.exvitermini.com.
Go to movies and then GTRs. My fave is the Veilside R32 skyline that does 0-190 MPH in 13.72 on 2 x HKS GT3230s. Now that is wickedly fast in anyones books!!!
Also some wicked scooby movies in there and one with the 600 BHP Jun scooby doing 309 KMH. Yes that is 309 kmh.
Don't you just love the Japs!!

DW, I had the same problem. Just buy all the fully adjustable kit then do the following.
Whack up the front spoiler downforce If you can.
Whack down the rear spoiler.
Lower the car more at the front than at the back.
make the damping harder at the front than at the back.
Oversteer city will now result.
