I had a look out of interest on Autotrader, there's fecking loads of the things on there!!

Auto Trader UK - BMW X5 3.0i Sport

That looks pretty good for the money, low milage

Colleague at work bought a 2003 60k mile black on black 4.6is for less than that. Superb car, though the upkeep is plenty!

LPG too

4.4?

I never knew you could get an X5 with a manual gearbox. Every day is a school day.

There aren't many manuals around- I wouldn't want one personally.

Mine's a 3.0d sport 2005/54, its now done 99,000 miles- albeit with full BMWSH- and I reckoned it was only worth about £11k but the values seem to have firmed up a bit.

Not sure I'd part with it though- as an everyday beater it can't be beaten IMHO. kids / dogs / boats / race transporters etc, takes everything in its stride.
