I looked into this a while ago. It's all pretty high spec to begin with so bolt on stuff doesn't do much. The only choice seemed to be mad ECU's from the likes of Mugen starting at £900
To get seriously more power you have to junk the vtec and turbo or supercharge it.
There's a vid of a turbo one on Ish's site.

I read in a motor magazine about a company called Motorsport International(0870 412382).
They sell different parts for the Integra, the bit advertised was a stainless 4 branch manifold.Looks good stuff, but havent dealt with them at all.

(ok!ok!the magazine was Redline!im sorry!)

This one I can shed light on. I have one as well. Been a member of the Honda-R Club for quite a while. Get latest issue of CCC and see James Elmer's car in there, he has spent thousands at Option Motorsport, who specialise in Honda tuning. An outfit run by Spoon Honda Team's test driver.
Basically, he has spent over 4 grand on performance mods alone, inc., full, cat replacement HKS exhaust, manifold, high lift cams, intake etc. And CCC put it on the rollers, got 202 bhp out of it. For reference mine produced 191 when NEW, bog standard.
The motto here is, don't mess with it!
Hope this helps!
Andreas.

Best mod on any ITR is an Apexi Induction Kit! The only mod I made on mine apart from Pads and beleive me its makes a massive difference in driver feel Probably add's 5 or so BHP but the Noise
Speak to Option Motorsport regarding these as I think they have a special on them at the mo.

There was an article on www.autospeed.com about tuning an S2000 (is it roughly the same motor?). I remember they got an extra 15bhp just with an exhaust mod -- apparently the OE exhaust is very restrictive.
The article is free to read at the site, may give you some ideas!
