I got a an 07/56 plate Cabrio in Black 2 weeks ago with 13k miles full exhaust re-map and every toy for £34k.
It stood the original owner £73-£76k ouch.....
How about an 05 Plate Bentley Conti GT with 35k miles for £31k now that is a bargain.
My advice in buying a new or used car is to offer 50% of the asking price as a starter then SLOWLY work up if need be, its a buyers market.

You're getting new style M5s at that money, that would be a serious decision making process between those. For me anyway.

Really tempted by an RS4 Avant myself but they just get nicked too much round here so went for something else in the end (997) but would still have one if it were not for that.

Oops -yes pricewise! I tested one a while back and was completely gobsmacked. Still want one at some stage.
Billy -what 997 did you get? Whatever people say about other cars being "as good if not better" nothing beats a proper 911.
I saw a distant (annoyingly!) mates black RS4 the other day - everything is black apart from the wing mirrors and the last thing I knew was that he was getting MTM to supercharge it to well over 500bhp. He split up with the girl we know well just before I got the chance to drive it (he offered me a go several times) - ARRGHHHH!!!!

Matt -that is an issue but we don't do many miles and the Astra Soot chucker is our mile muncher. Some great Evo/Scooby roads down this way too!
How did you find the slightly daft service intervals?
Still prefer the IX over the X.

This was an 8. I didn't do that many miles in it TBH, I bought the wife the Golf for my commute She used the Evo to trundle into town, although she never liked the attention it got.
Was the only car that got broken in to whilst living here. Eventually sold it with 9k on the clock and bought a 330D. That lasted 9 months of boredom before I bought another Impreza, then onto current car.

Love it, had it nearly 2 years, the last car that went over 1 year was a company car I had back in 98 (which I had to keep for 2 years).
Best car I've ever had, will definitely stick with the Audi brand too, hence the thought about an RS4. I like to run new/nearly new cars so it's either buy one now or wait to the new platform RS4 (if it happens).

Mine goes from my garage to train station and back 5 days a week. Occaionally via the petrol station. I claim 45 a week from my business, roughly 200 a month.
As you may gather, it's quite low mileage Maybe something dull would be better!
