Help '94 Honda Civic Overheating
After a long drive (approx 45min) or going up a steep hill, the fluid in the resevoir tank starts to bubble and temperature gauge marks hot. The fan turns on after the engine heats up.
I'm stumbled on what the problem could be as the thermostat is new, all fuses, relays have been checked. I've been told that the bottom end has aa microscopic crack, which can cause this.
Can anyone clarify if there any other solutions, or if its really the bottom end i need to change?

If it does has a crack, you can get a treatment that you bung in the cooling system that will fill cracks, not Radweld, I have some at home, will find out what its called. However Honda engines can be quite fussy about anything like that so you would need to check its suitability.
