We started out doing Saab's nearly 9 years ago.
Two of our techies were factory trained in Sweden as saab MT's.. so they might have half and idea!

Well i was wondering about the SAAB 9000turbo, turbo + intercooler. I can have them both for literally pennies.
Coupla things i was wondering-
The 9000's intercooler is a vv big fromt mounter- but is quite thin and has plastic end caps. Whats the maximum boost you can run through it without the end caps blowing off, and can you stop that happening in any way? Also, is it any good (as big doesnt always mean its efficient).
The std 9000's turbo, whats the max power output/capable boost level for it? And can you tell me exhaust and compressor housing specs, a/r ratios etc.
BTW its not gonna go on a saab, or a scoob, or a cossie, or anything we ever mention on here...
