Seat Leon Cupra R
hi thinking of buying one, but does any one know the difference between the 210bhp(03 reg and older) one and the 225bhp(53 reg onwards) apart from the power,been looking in ebay and they look the same,any difference in bodykit/interior etc.thanks

i think they have changed something in the mapping and the air flow. im not sure if this applies to cupras, but the pre 2003 had a black and grey plastic mix on the door cars, where as the 2003 onwards had a full black colouring which looks alot better.

I'm a bit confused about the brand new line up of Leons. Is the new Leon Cupra like the old Cupra R ? because I see no mention of Cupra R in the new line up and the Cupra appears to have 240 bhp ? Is that right ?

Ahhh thanks for clearing that up!! A neighbour of mine has been driving an 08 Cupra and I have to say I quite like the look of them!
What does the top end diesel handle like ? Anyone used one on a day to day basis ?

FR REPLACED the Cupra series
I *meant * in the sense of the post that hinted that Honda were being snitty about the 'R' towards Seat, why did Seat drop the Cupra R just to replace it with an f R ???
* you really need to have a proper look around and read some of the stuff over on that new forum you use now..
