Wonder how quick it will be when tuners get hold of it.

I wonder how **** a ricer bodykit manufacturer can make it look?
I bet within a few months you'll see chaved up ones about.....and in 5 years there will be one driving past my house with a dustbin lid exhaust. Withi some short haired wingnut behind the wheel, leaning to one side on his way to home (his mums).

Gorgeous looking car & fast too Beleive that Nissan have made it v difficult to tune though which is however at least it avoids mental power ones being built that are potentially dangerous. Silver lining is that it will be £25k after 3yrs

Don't believe the hype about it being difficult to tune. Mines have already announced a new ECU, exhaust and suspension and brake kits and they've only had their development car a matter of weeks.

12 Sec Quarters / 4 Seconds to 60 (conservative) - tuning it seems a bit pointless. Jump in, drive it, get it serviced on time and enjoy the car. Tune a Nova, tune an Impreza, sure, but I can't see how Joe Bloggs and his profit seeking mates in the Far East are going to actually improve this car.

No chance, UK price is £55k for base model, £60k for Premium/Black Edition and then £70k for the Spec V.....loook at R34 and R33 etc UK r34 was 55k when it came out 9 year old cars with 50k on are being sold for 35k and these have been molested....I have a deposit down on the Spec V and have every confidence that it will keep its price fairly well as they are in very limited production, coupled with the hype and press the standard GTR is gettin the Spec V is going to take it to a whole new level......Dont mind the brand its about the heritage and how this car is advanced over anything else in its path. Look at the 'Ring times for factory cars on Wiki thats a hell of a lot of car for the money

I think its pretty cheap when you look at the other options of like cars. Mitsubishi have got the cheek to charge £38000 for the new evo X 360, and that looks like a bag of ****e

People will always want to fiddle regardless of how fast it is, I can see why Nissan want to do this as I suppose there will be a range of approved upgrades via Nismo eventually, it would be a shame and destroy the mystique if it was completely black box, the tuning potential is what made the earlier cars,

(I'm joking about it being a glorified Micra.... just in case the SN Humour assassins are prowling around tonight )

Not really in the same league as a scooby any more.. It's now up there with M3's, AMG Mercs and RS4/6's (price wise)...And well, performance-wise its actually up there with most supercars (and actually thrashing most of them from a standstill)... For the money it's absolutely phenomenal. I read in a car mag it does 0-60 in 3.6 seconds? Just... how? Most superbikes would struggle with that!
