Repeat of one of Clarkson's programs on today had Escort Cossie in. The quote he had for insurance in London was £25K for a year 
Great looking cars. I remember having a ride in one when I was about 15. The driver said wait till it hits 1BAR, then you'll fell it kick in your back. I was laughing when the power kicked in. Was the fastest car I'd ever been in.
Now I'm running 1.4BAR and 340bhp myself

How do you tell the difference between a genuine cossy and a normal 3 door that's been tarted up to look like a cossy?
Genuine question. Things like the fitment of the rear lower boot spoiler looks "stuck" on etc.

Front and rear wings are flared. Guess thats one of the hardest things to replicate.
