So now we have this.
S3 better than 130i
RS4 better than M3
S5 better than 335i
TT better than Z4
R8 better than M6
A8/S8 better than 7 series
Only Audi that is not better overall to a bmw equivelant is the A6. Im sure that the RS6 will change that though

RS4 production is set to continue through 2008. Normally Audi don't overlap the RS production runs (RS6 is due next year too), but I think the RS4 has been so successful that they want to cash in. Can't say I blame them to be honest.

Perhaps that is when the order book takes them up to - I don't know. But the word on the couple of blogs that I follow is that production will continue.

Audi S5 gave the 335i a really good spanking in one review, and in most reviews they ar usually very evenly matched s5 form or not.
One thing all reviewers agreed on though is that the A5/S5 is a more beautiful car.

Hi A L,
Long time no speak
and couldnt resist adding to thread......
Many many months ago i picked and put a returnable deposit on a R8 to replace my AMG this Sept, but on reflection and as time approached couldnt agree with its price and what it gave against the competition........
So i went with something else
