Default landrover freelander service advice

hi
i am in a bit of a dilemma with the servicing of my freelander!
Just rang the main dealer and got quoted £440 for a second service, this seems a bit steep considering its basically just an oil and filter change.
So i was thinkin, should i just go to one of the local service centres and get it done for around £200. Then the warrenty issues come into play.....
What would you lot do?

thanks in advice lung

I paid £460 for a 60000mile service and cambelt change on my old 1998 2.0exdi Freelander at the Landrover centre, Lockwood, Huddersfield

Reasonable i thought as all fluids were changed
