Private plates??
Looking to get private plate for my scoob.. however i've seen these new style plates on 'Newreg' aka 55 plates that can make words up..
Thing is i've been told i cant use a 55 plate as its newer than my car (52 plate) is that true???
Theres a good few ones i could use with 55

One of the rules is that you can't put a new plate on an older car.
