More interesting if someone eventually puts a bigger turbo conversion onto the market.......

Does look nice - for a Corsa

Is it just me or does anyone else think that Vauxhall are coming up with some really special designs of late. This Corsa looks sensational. Even if the chassis isn't a class leader you would still be the envy of your mates because it looks so good and goes so fast. Can't wait for the first review.

Splendid comments!

If you'd told me two years ago I would now happily be running an Astra, I would have laughed at you.
And now here I am, chuffed to bits with it even after owning a rather tasty Golf R32.

Really hope the Corsa does well - And I'm suprised at the lack of chav comments so far!

matt, i'm asking this without prejudice but just out of curiosity, you joined SN in Dec last year and own an Astra and before that an R32...what was it about SN that drew you in?

Errrrmmm - Recommendation from a couple of other sites.
Seems lively here.
Have always liked Subarus and tested a few but never actually gone for one.
I'd quite like an Impreza soon.
FIL had an early (N reg) wagon when Imprezas were relatively unknown and I really liked it.

Will that do?!

Liking that a lot but the same as all the other speedy Vauxhalls, it suffers from the badge

Same car but would rather have an Opel or a Holden.
I used to have an Opel Kadette and it was WAY better than the VX Astra

Anyway, it Says Subaru and Performance car website, not limited to Subaru owners.

Corsa looks great, will be very torquey as well, and probably reasonably economical

What you really mean't to say was "like every other fast Vauxhall - great engine shame about the chassis - No matter what the Astra VXR boys will tell you.

Agree with the vauxhall cars, the VXR's do look appealling, especially the Monaro

The choice in hot hatches now is unbelievable compared to just 7 years ago.

Vauxhall have hit the target spot on I think. Those seats do look, lurvely too.

Agree about choice of hot hatches now a days.

All though, there are some nice, nippy cheaper motors around too. Panda HP, Swift GTi, C2 vtr/s
