What ever hapenned to.....?
A couple of years ago, there used to be a guy with a 911 GT3 RS who posted on here regularly. As I remember he had some other derivative of Porker and then got a gt3rs in the white/red colours. He was a youngish guy who said he had started with nothing and made all his money through plain old hard work.
Just wondered where he was, I used to enjoy reading his write-ups on the GT3 and some of the pictures he took of it. I wonder what car he has got now?
His username is on the tip of my tongue, but I can't remember it.
Si
p.s. wait up, its come back to me, was it "Nevatas" or something similar?

Brun,
I remember that guy, but the one I was on about was definately Nevetas. ive just run his name through the sreach facility and he posted in Essex Scoobs section about a month ago.
It was one of those, show us your car thread, he posted up an M3, M5, Rangie, 911 turbo, 911GT3 RS + others!!!!
Must still be doing well for himself, not sure if he means he has all those cars at once or one after the other? they all have different personalised reg plates so I suspect he maybe owns them all!! Lucky boy!!

I wish
I buy the car thinking it's 'the one' then sadly manage to find it doesn't suit my needs anymore then I move on.
I generally keep each one about 3-5 months
One day I hope to find 'the one'!

Ah, I see. So which is the current ride?
Im actually the same as you, tend to change every 10 months or so. Mine aren't quite as expensive!! Things like Subaru, Lotus Elise (current) and hopefully Ferrari 348 or Noble M12 next year. So many cars, so little time, and money!!
Keep up the good work.

Tell me bout it, depreciation is an expensive hobby! I fancy a Noble sometime aswell
I went from the 996 GT3 RS into an E60 M5.
From there into a Golf R32 Mk V, kept 3 weeks!
Then into a new b7 RS4.
I then went back to Porsche to place an order for a 997 Turbo, and 997 GT3, while there they had a lovely 997 Carrera S with all the toys, so swapped the RS4 for that.
It's great fun, not the fastest thing in the world but it's like a go-kart. Just have to wait for the Turbo / GT3 to arrive....
