Default When did Ford start selling the current Focus ?
Hello

I am looking for a 2nd hand Focus and the wife wants one of the new shape ones. What year/month (plate) did they start on ? Does anyone know ?

05 plates were the first i think.

seen the current shape focus on an 03 plate, so i would guess mid 2003

Very early 2004 IIRC I could be wrong though, I know Top Gear reviewed it about three years ago.

Thanks for the info. FYI, I have found that as shep_ppp said, the new shape Focus started on 05 plates, and the C-Max started on 03 plates.
