cheers for the positive comments fella's
Its a proper 3 Door cosworth shell
The engine is due to be dyno'd soon and is being built to a reasonable spec for trackdays..
Nimus grey is not an original ford colour..Its an audi TT colour
I've loads of build pics which i will post if theres enough interest..dont wont to bore you..

ok..heres a few more build pics..just let me know when your bored
Because the car is to be used mainly for trackdays i made a bias Pedal Box
and modifed the shell to accept it
all the suspension parts have been powered coated
and inside the car is very little to keep the weight down..i have made a new car loom with only the essential components
and now i'm waitng for the engine to be finished so i can have some fun..

That colour suits it so well, didnt think it was an original colour, from my recollection most were WHite or Moonstone blue.
Three door Cossies just take me back to 1986.

The homologation doofer special or Group A (I think) also had split rear window in a 3 door shell. I was wanting one when i first got a proper job... Alas I was too sensible and ran for a week after trying to get an insurance quote....
...or I made it up as I can't seem to find an iota of proof from t'interweb that the bl**dy thing ever existed....
