Default Mondeo HG change

Has anybody had experince of changing the HG on a Mondeo V6. Mines on its last legs and I need to know if this is something I can tackle at home.

I've got a project nearing completion in the projects thread so I have a good mechanical knowledge.

I've searched the Mondeo forum but nobody states if it APITA job or how to go about it.

Having done one or two cylinder heads myself I wouldn't have thought it would be particularly difficult just a little time consuming.

Haven't you got a Haynes manual, they usually detail the removement procedures?

It's OK mate I was only having a laugh. The workshop entries dont come up as results on the site or forum search for some reason.
