Default Golf on 18's - tyre pressures?

Mate has just fitted the above and doesn't know what psi to run. He has 215/35/18 if it makes a difference

Plus he should have 225/40's on it with 18" wheels, the speedo will read wrong with those...

225/40's on mine and I think I have 30 at the front and about 28 at the back.

225/40 R18 on my TDI 150.

The fronts are a little soft (wearing on the outer edge), so I run 32 psi on the front and 30psi on the rear.
