Question Any views on road legal karts?

Am interested in getting an off road kart for some fun. Have seen that some are road legal. Has anyone got anything from the Kinroad range like this:

Will be mainly for offroad with a bit of small road driving.

Just cannot make up my mind between cool or knobber, a quad bike you can get away with imho but the cart - hmmm, plastered in mud would give it some creds but i am leaning towards knobber tbh!

Hmmmm. I would run a mile myself. Buy an cheap motorbike + an old landrover instead. Lots of fun for not much cash.

They look a bit crap TBH, and if it's as good as their bikes I don't think Orange county choppers have anything to worry about

700 quid, brand new? I'd err towards the 'get what you pay for' way of thinking there...

i have one of these and they are great fun the come with front lights,4 disc drakes, auto box 150cc engine 4 point harness and racing seat and are as safe as houses there should no problem getting them on the road. the best part is when you roll it doing donuts you just sit tight and wait for it to stop not like a quad were it lands on you. not that fast realy but you can get a twin seat version with a 250 cc engine (all 4 stroke) got mine form fleabay about 18months ago and paid £1300 then.
