0-60 standard on a 225 TT is 6.4 secs so I'd expect it to be half to a second or so quicker when remapped although as you say it may not feel like it. Power delivery can be totally different with some remaps being smooth and some breaking your neck with huge midrange. I would guess if its smooth its running either APR or AmD code. Revo & MTM are renowned for producing huge midrange so I doubt its running theirs.
TT's use Haldex 4wd which only drives the rear wheels when slip is detected on the fronts...

Haldex, not helix, very different.
Helix LSD's (Torsen type)
Haldex, electrically controlled clutch. Makes it cheap and easy to install. Quite quick in response and programmable. Suppose its the installation and programming that determines how it will feel.
Theirs nothing wrong with an electro-hydraulic diff in concept, the EVO AYC uses a multiplate hydraulic unit on one rear axle and its very fast (actually slowed down by the software to conserve its life, Mitsi provide a more agressive program for those who want it). Though this unit is much more adavanced as it can speed up and slow down one shaft in relation to the other to provide rear wheel steering.

I think the extra 40bhp over the standard TT will probably increase its 60-100mph by approx 2secs, which in the real world, will be about the same performance (in a straightline anyway) as a non-ppp UK Sti.
My site's formulas predicts a standard TT 225 to 60 in 6.1secs and 0-100 in 17dead, not far off the real figures that Evo magazine acheived with was a 6.1 and 16.7secs. Adding 40bhp brings 0-60 down to 5.1 and 100 in 14secs, only theory I know, but an idea.

Is the new lightweight version a lot quicker than the existing one ? Surely a remapped lightweight version would be STI territory?
How does that fare next to the 3.2 ?
