Ford Probe 2.5 24v V6
Basically the Mazda MX6, runs the same engine etc, a bit under rated but then nothing could replace the Capri
Mazda MX-3 V6 (SE)
Use to be classed as the smallest production V6 being only a 1.8, known a few people with these and they liked them, but never drove one meself.
Nissan 200SX Turbo
Probably the best of the bunch, you need to speak to some owners though, John Felstead jumps to mind
Mazda MX-6 (not sure on this one)
As per the ford probe
Alfa 156 TS Selespeed Veloce
Dont know much about these except its basically italian so will probably break down on you but nice looking cars

Funny you should say that about the Alfa, seen 2 on autotrader with 'engine rattles' & 'selespeed problems'
very nice looking motors IMO though
thanks for your comments

MX3 V6
Had one many years ago. Wont set any landspeed records (still quick enough) but a nice smooth engine, quite stylish and they are cheap as chips now. I almost bought mine back the other week but the guy let a scrappy pick it up for .....£50 !!!!

I would have the Nissan 200sx personally,
Like the Mazda MX-6 also, I know it's the same as the Probe, but I prefer the look of the Mazda personally,
The 156 is a nice car, avoid the Selespeed box though, i've driven one of these, it's a slower change than a manual box, also the Selespeed box has problems, thisone kept sticking in reverse or wouldn't select reverse at all, I would buy a manual
