Audi a3 TDI 140bhp 50,000 - how much should i pay?

I have the chance to buy of a said mate - anyone access to a trade book for prices as the autotrader wont allow to price up new A3's ...cheers people help appreciated !!

04 plate - met silver ish colour, cloth, alloys etc full ash.

With low mileage they're going for around £16.5-18k but with that sort of mileage I'd hazard a guess at £12.5K??? thats a hell of a lot for a 1 year old car.
