It is a concept car inspired by the Lancia Stratos. It is a static concept built by Fenomenom Ltd. This company was formed by Chris Hrabalek who is a lifelong fan of the original Stratos. He is trying to drum up business for putting the car into production.

it's definately not a Farboud GTS ... it's a diesel hybrid car based on the lancia statos body.

Looks like it may be based on one of those SMART Roadsters......Rear view makes me think that particularly.

Its a modern re-interpretation on the Lancia Stratos designed by Fenomenon, a design studio set up by Chris Hrabalek whose family has a large number of Stratoses. They showed it at Geneva as a mock-up.

The idea, assuming finances etc., would be to put it into production using a Ferrari V8 engine from the (probably) 360.
