My dads golf seems to have delayed throttle response and there is a slight pause before the engine actually picks up. He enquired at vw during his last service and their reply was the throttle appears normal. Which didnt actually answer his question of if it can be made more responsive.

So does anyone know if it can be adjusted??

the throttle response was lightening quick so i would imagine there might be a problem.......coil pack?

My dads just informed me that vw changed the car after people said the response was too in your face, like youve mentioned. He wants to know how to change it to be like the pre 03 models.
