Yes they arnet the best timed changes, but if anything went a bit high in the lower gears.. Hard to see though with a digi-camera in front of the rev-counter!!
Think Peak torque is 2000-3000 Rpm and Power about 4000...

PS I'm sure my current settings allow 110 mph in 4th; 0-60's about 7.5.

Good vid mate! Seems about 15.5secs to 100 indicated, that would mean your true speed was about 93/95mph so would end up at about 17secs to 100mph not bad for an oil burner!!

I have been running a similar conversion (by another tuner) on my Golf PD150 now for about 12 months. I had it on a RR last year and it got 194/285 @ Powerstation (which reputedly read on the caucious side).
Mine was live/custom mapped though (took about 4 hours) to get optimum power, minimal smoke & reliability etc (car has done circa 30k miles since mapping).
I notice yours has the traction control off Mine wheelspins in 1st and in to 2nd in the dry (with traction control switched on ) on full hammer!
Regards,
Shaun.

Turned off ESP as it cuts too much power, better to let it spin.. ESP actually flashes up from 2nd to third in the wet on a quick change.. Going to do another run, but driving on the torque (i.e. 2000- 3000 Rpm) be interesting to see how the times compare.
Angrybeats - was trying to have a Tdi thread without mpg mentioned should have done it on the overall average, which is currently 44..
