Default Dare i ask Ford Mondeo help

Friend of mine needs some help on the following please : how to fit the gear selector to a mondeo v6 durotec 1995 reg.

Any help would be appreciated.

You might want to take a look at www.mondeosport.com in the forums sectioon, they are a good bunch of guys (and girls) and can be very helpful conerncing all things mondeo. They've halped me out a number of times.
