BMW 325i touring - E30
I've just got hold of one of these for £360, and I'm very impressed.
Only 103k on the clock and it's been skimmed (10k ago). She's a beast. The 170? bhp seems low.
Anyone any info on these? Noisy but in a good way and very tourqy.
I bought it as a stop gap but might keep it........

My wife drives a 325i E30 touring, we've had it for a few years now and not once had a problem. Very reliable, quick enough, solid as a rock, just a bit too heavy and soft in the Karussell.

Ive had a few 325i sports, and I have to say, their one great car
There reliable, solid, quite nippy, and with the limited slip diff, great for rear wheel drive antics!
One of the all time classics!
If cash wasnt the object id definetly have one in the collection.
Cheers Shimy.

Very thirsty!!
I got stung by BP - they'd run out of U/L and only had their version of Optimax @97p a litre. The beast was in the red and I was in the middle of nowhere so had to stump up. I only got 100 miles (spirited) on 20 litres of the stuff!!

The bloke selling it was new to ebay and didn't put a picture on or describe it very well, so it had very little interest.
She's in good nick and there's no rust at all on the arches - which is unusual!!

325's have now become popular as rally cars cos a new championship has been developed for them by pat flynn, you'll see the prices start to rise on these soon as do all cars that become popular with rally boys, ie corolla AE86's!!

Definitely go for the 325i over the 320i. I've had a 320i before and they're worlds apart performance wise. No real difference (from memory) in thirst, though.
