of the top of my head, they are 4WD unlike the GT-S and GT-T models, are 'supposed' to be 276BHP as standard but many believe its more like 320BHP!
handling is VERY good, voted in the top 10 of all cars ever on one of Clarksons vids, has 4 wheel steering aswell to help cancel understeer, standard they are supposed to do 0-60 in 5.4 but i'd expect this to be alot lower in the real world.
they are arlo very easy to get ridiculous BHP's out of with fairly straightforward mods, the engine is virtually bulletproof aswell with loads of 1000BHP skylines banging about! (well relitively loads!)
look at the 1/4 mile records for most competitions and i'll gaurentee at least one of the top 3 is a GTR!
ps. i love these damn cars!

Well thank you very much and i have transfered the funds today as i am very confident with all your smiley faces on here.
I expect to get it in about 4 week and shall post pictures and spec. It has uprated turbos from a company called "TOP SECRET" and front mounted intercooler, full exzaust, air filter and many other things dangling about. It looks very standard from the outside but when you open the bonnett all you can see are shiny bits;-)
Once again thanks for all your help and give me a few weeks lads

Yeah of course. No I was just worried about all the mods you have, but like you say it's a 1994. Careful with the mot though. I've got an R32. You'll love it but make sure you find a good garage to support your ownership. Think you'll need it.
Good Luck.
Good Luck.

This'll be contentious, but in my experience GTR's are little quicker (if at all)than GTS-T Type M Coupes. This is because, whilst they have a little more horsepower they have a lot more weight and mechanical loss through the four wheel drive transmission: also the Type M with its single turbo pulls better that the GTR with its twin sequential turbos (I think...).
Simon (bidding on a GTS-T Type M right now)

This is just a rumour and is unfounded - I've only heard this from a couple of 'non-experts' so I wouldn't take it as gospel.
