one of these drove past me the other day and personally i really like the look of this car.
does anyone here drive one of these or have any comments on them?
second hand prices still around 22K they can only be about a year old at the most.
anyone own one?

Don't go there mate - they are meant to be a bit of a nightmare to drive. Personally, I'm not a fan of the styling either. In terms of value, I reckon they will drop like stones.

From what the reviews have said they are not good cars at all.

I'd go for an older SLK over the crossfire anyday

I saw one of these earlier in the year, had no idea what it was until I had a look online, thought it was ugly personally. Brabus have done a well respected version recently under their Startech name.

A mate of mine is picking up a brand new one next week....
Did my best to put him off.... but to no avail!!
If I wanted that kinda car..... it'd be a Nissan 350Z instead every time.
Reliability will be questionable to say the least, if it's anything like some other models like the PT Cruiser, Jeep Cherokee (new one) etc..

The Crossfire is not actually a 'bad' car despite what you may read.
I wouldn't buy one new but at demo prices I think they're good value.
Different kind of car to the 350Z - which also has a very so-so interior IMHO - a point which the Crossfire was slagged off for ! If you like the looks - it looks great in black, and are thinking 'SLK cruiser' rather than trackday, there's nothing wrong with it.
