Cool The Legacy

Has anyone got any experience with either of these 2 models??

Legacy RSK B4
Legacy GTB (not the new model)

Basically I'm looking for more information with regards to servicing costs etc
I know the RSK is import only (not sure about the GTB) and thus it will be costly to run. Does anyone have any figures etc?

Does running a GTB compare with running an Impreza?
I've seen a few minters and it looks to me like you get more bang for your buck..............

Any advise greatly appreciated

Bloody hellfire, you spent a lot on rubber

That's a serious amount of maintenance, cheers Brian.

I did do about 75,000 miles in that time, though

75, 000 miles!! That would take me about 7 years to do

If you look at it like that then it's not too expensive to maintain. Admittedly you did pay over the odds for some bits but it doesn't seem too bad.

Why did you have to replace so many Bilsteins?

Problem was, Bilstein stopped making the dampers for the RS-B so I had to hunt the planet for replacements. If you had the only ones around and someone was desperate to buy them, how much would you charge? And several track days (and 30k miles) seemed to be the lifetime of these babies, so another set was needed. Seemed to be the going rate - two sets bought a year apart, from different sources, for around the same price of £400 + VAT each

That was for four pairs of H1s and four pairs of H3s - I thought that was quite reasonable

All servicing was done by a Scooby dealer too ... no expense spared
