Default Lancia Hyena... WTF????

Was browsing Autotrader website looking for a Delta Integrale, when up popped a link to a dealer selling a Lancia Hyena coupe. Looks a bit like a Ford Puma, same kind of size. Very rare, never seen one before. Based on Integrale running gear, this particular model had about 300BHP :O

Does anyone have any other info, pics, spec, etc.

Oh, BTW, it's for sale... For £60,000 !!!!!!!!

That's Walkers for you over inflating prices the Hyena was the next step after the Grale finished production but it never got the backing of Fiat!! If you are after a Grale stay away spoken to many people that state don't touch them with a ****ty stick Walkers that is. Try this forum if your interested in a Integrale they'll help steer you in the right direction. Tony http://forums.delphiforums.com/evoforum

one of the reasons they were so expensive is that LAncia wouldn't sell just the running gear and Zagato had to buy brand spanking new Integrales in order to build it.

I'd rather have an Alfa SZ, not as quick but better looking.

Hyenas look great in the flesh.

They made 24 of them. Aluminium body with carbon fibre interior. Lowered and stiffened suspension with engine upgrades too.

A few came on the market in the last 2-3 years which were effectively brand new. I was in contact with the man who funded the project and he was selling these at US$ 80000 (then £ 50,000) plus VAT and registration costs. Most of them fairly quickly sold.

I've got a rare sales brochure for one :-)
