I'm looking for a cheap run about while I am waiting to sell my STI Type R.
Something under £600 with MOT/TAX if possible.
Been looking on Autotrader, any one know of any other places or even someone selling such a beast?
Was thinking of something like a Ford Escort etc??

This may sound sad but Toyota Carina II are okay. Cheap, really reliable and not bad to drive. Many moons ago (I don't know whether I should admit this!!!) I had one 1.6L 16 valve and it was sorted...cheap and cheerful. Have a look in the Autotrader I think it may be better than an Escort (loads of taxi drivers use em).

Ah thanks I will look into that!! Oh just remembered my brother got one of them in the garage that he uses to do banger racing and the dam thing went like **** off a stick!!!!
