Just heard one set of from Tesco's, What a feckin racket! i thought the baffles had fell out of the exhaust. Is that a normal noise for an M3?

Its where the gears are in automatic, the gear change is rapid and violent It just rips through all six gears in what seems like a few seconds

And I had to post with talk about the M3, such a fine motor.

M3's are well know for sounding bad when setting off from cold - some owners let them warm up first, but I don't think it ever causes a problem - well no more so than driving any other car from a cold start.

There you are - I made sensible post about the M3 - don't worry normal service will be resumed very shortly.
