Hi Ryan
The only one I have found is:
http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/tipec/
It's not that busy, but the guys that post know their stuff.
My 944 (it's for sale)

Rennlist and the Titanic email are lists are pretty good.
I've got a 1990 944 turbo and would recommend one to anyone, if you can get one with M030 the only money you will need to spend is keeping it on the road - which I think would cost 2k per year minimum. I would say £10k buys a good one with 100k miles. It may be worth doing a search as it has been discussed on here a few times.
I would have a 968 but only in the Club Sport with the M030 suspension and brakes, however I would have an S2 over any other 968 variant.

Looking for 3K. The car looks better in the pic's. There is a quite a few stone chips and a few dents.
