You've heard Saab are working on the platform of the Impeza right? So that's why you see touches of the impreza in the picture. Both companies are partly owned by GM and this is GM's strategy to revive sorry Saab with a new lease of life because it has been a bad investment for them so far. The idea of this also reduces developments costs for both sides.

There is big potential with Saabs design and Subaru power

Looks like SAAB are buying the Impreza from Subaru! Lets face it - if it comes to a choice between that car and that new Impreza Roadster that thats on the cover of auto express - then I'm afraid I'll be taking the swedish alternative - that roadster looks like an MX-5!!
