Question

Just looking for some advice, I currently have a 206 Gti but come the end of September I'll have it all paid off and Im looking for a new car. Problem is that I want to sell it and use some of the cash to clear debts etc but a couple of months back I had to have the instrument display changed under warranty due to a faulty temp gauge, unfortunatley this zeroed the mileage!

How will this affect the price of my car? I was going to flog for about £7K but am starting to think that maybe using it as a part ex would be simpler.

I have all the documents and service records for it so you can see it's kosher.

Any thoughts?

.... same problem happened on the later 106 Gti's, it's all documented on the pug dealer computer systems. Providing it's documented it should make no real difference to the price. As for selling a 206 Gti.... all the best
