FWD cars have difficulty handling anything more than 220bhp. Gotta be a rex.

4WD cars are not up to much with anything below 280bhp.
Gotta be one of the other 2.

Mine has plenty less than 280bhp but will do 60 in less than 6secs and do in excess of 140mph - is there sommat wrong with that?

i chose the CTR, im picking it up in 2 weeks, but 16k was my limit really, also im not really into modding cars so i think it was the right choice for me, btw would chipping the leon cupra R to 270 bhp invalidate the warrenty?

Question

If you can find me a standard FWD car which can do 0-60 in 4.3 and 0-100 in 12.9 or better then post it up.

I would choose the CTR - Oh then again I've just bought one to replace my WRX. Did not want another WRX due to vandal damage too great, the constant worry of where I've parked it, negative image, fuel consumption etc. (I work around Manchester and Liverpool area). Thought it was great fun to drive etc but had to drive it fast to get feel out of it, and I would lose my liscence / have an accident.
Choose the CTR as ultimately better fuel consumption then the rest, did not want a turbo charged car or a 4wd and like the jeykl and Hyde engine of the CTR. Oh and had a bad experiance with SEAT dealers.

Nope but my RA does and thats what it would take to get me into a high performance FWD car again.

The PPP WRX 03 (£21,595) is 4.8 0-60

Well yes.. what's 0-60 got to do with anything ??? And there are countless cars under 200hp that will do 140+..

You win
My car is dog slow
That is suggesting however that the 3 Boxter S's i've chased and didn't leave me behind aren't up to much either
