Yep you could see the guy was really into driving it. Looked and sounded superb. Say testarossa and everyone thinks of Crockett and Tubbs normally .

"Good program, and great to see it went to an enthusiast who drives it regularly and it isnt just sitting in a museum"
Absolutely!!!
Didn't the dealership guy say that he sometimes gets a Police escort when he takes it out and opens it up, if so fair play to him and the Police out there.

Really enjoyed watching the prog last night. Being Tifosi, as I am, it was 40 mins of heaven. They did use some old Top Gear footage though! The crit in the TV Guide said that it wasn't really worth watching as there were too many lingering shots of Ferrari bodywork. Errrr Hello! LOL

Paul, what the Ferrari club man said, was that THEY get a police escort when THEy want to REALLY open their cars up, now that sounds like a plan, who's gonna ask the rozzers over here then................
Top program, excellent to see it being driven too, but, just imagine the bloomin insurance..........

If you're really rich I heard that you can be your own insurance company. i.e. if somebody makes a claim you cough up out of your own money. Risky but it means you pay nothing for insurance.

Any Uk individual or company can lodge a bond with the High Court and then basically insure themselves against all risks. The only problem is you then might get hit with a multi-million pound claim against you in the event of an accident. Risky strategy to save a few quid, but could be profitable.........
