Are they front or rear wheel drive?
I thought they were RWD as they have a huge tranmission tunnel running throught the car but a mate swears blind they are FWD. Anybody know for sure?

They are FWD. I believe there's a lot of Renault mechanicals involved too ie engine

Not too bad a car either for it's time. The turbo was an ok car.

A 480 turbo is fun, early 90's turbo tech so easily tweaked with bleed valve etc. Pretty robust drivetrain, as standard they had 135BHP IIRC. Deffo FWD.

Built in the Netherlands so the build quality isn't bomb-proof like the Swedish cars, they can rot a bit. Getting pretty cheap now.

Thanks guys. I suppose the huge transmission tunnel looking thing was a "design feature" Bit silly as it made a purely a four seater.
I'll have to eat humble pie now
