just read in the Volvo Owners magazine (my wifes car is a T5 and the mag is free, alright!), Volvo are toying of bringing out the following...

S60, 4 wheel drive, 300 bhp and 19 inch alloys. It also has two square shaped exhausts that poke out through either side of the rear bumper.

The blue one shown in the mag looks alright.

No price or date yet.

I'll definately be arranging a test drive as soon as one arrives at my local dealership to compare with the STi.

Having driven a couple of hot swedes (T4, T5 and Saab Aero), I like 'em all and they're all *very* quick and refined.

 

I think most of us should be fairly safe. Volvo use a lot more metal per BHP than Subaru.
