Mondeo st220
#1
Apparently very nice to drive and a good compromise for someone doing a lot of mileage but wanting some power.
Negative;
1) Not great at cornering (but presumably not bad either as the Mondeo is still built on a good platform).
2) Will depreciate very quickly.
Positive;
1) Will depreciate very quickly (!) - so a second hand bargain ESPECIALLY now they've just revamped the Mondeo slightly and upped the spec. Expect the original ST220's to take an even bigger nose dive!
2) Looks nice in performance blue, which is virtually the same as the Focus RS in imperial blue.
3) Has lots of toys for a lot less money than a 330.

Scooby Regular
Just slotted in the new 6-speed gearbox so brand new ones now have a top speed of 155mph...
Which is nice!!
They sound nice and are quick for a big saloon car, however they dont return many MPG...
Cheers,
Grant
