My friends one's cylinder head gasket went, but that was really it.
for the price you will find it hard to beat the levels of refindment and spec.

From memory they good at doing well over 150 (indicated, I know Ford speedos are not renowned for being the most accurate!), but dont particularly like greasy roads or snow!

Guy at work has a Capri with the engine from one of these in, its on after market management and has loads done to it, circa 320 bhp, waiting for a go in it when he eventually gets it sorted (MOT)

I think a lot of the engines will end up in Capris, not many people are interested in the old Granadas (though I quite like them) but they are interested in Capris and its the same block and a logical conversion, Ford should have put it in the 280.

drove a few when i worked for a ford dealership
they can be a bit of a handfull in the wet if your 17years old lol
